Earlier this week, T.M Lewin hit the streets at London Fashion Week to see what’s on trend among men in the city. From photographers to bloggers and even men just popping in on their lunch break, there was a real variety in street style fashion. See our favourites below:
Think quilted jackets are only for the country gent? We loved this casual check and quilted combo; a great way to look stylish without standing out too much. Don’t be afraid to don a light jacket over the summer. You can get the look with our George Quilted Jacket here.
If you are a classy gentleman who’s not afraid to stand out and have an impact, you might want to give a bow tie a go. We spotted this take on the classic tailored suit, making the most of an oversized, loose bow tie. Want something slightly more simple? Why not try a tighter, black bow tie instead of your normal shirt tie. Add a waistcoat to complete the look.
If there was one thing we noted over the last few days, it was the huge range of on trend accessories the men we snapped were wearing. These complete the finer details of an outfit: a pocket square, a waistcoat or bow tie are smaller particulars that aren’t essential, but add to your look.
Already confident enough to accessorise? Once you’ve nailed the simple colours, try not to stick to the obvious: a paisley patterned bow tie will go a lot further than a standard black piece.
Checks are back in a big way this season, as demonstrated in this on trend skinny and three quarter jacket. We were particularly fond of the coordinated socks, scarf and pocket square trio.
