We want you to be happy with your purchase , every product we sell comes with a 7 day money back guarrantee provided that the goods are returned in the same condition and packaging as they were sold in. We will only issue the refund when the goods have been physically received and checked. As we send all high value items with paid for insurance and either recorded delivery /signed for we would recommend that the buyer does the same we will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in the post. Refunds will cover the cost of original postage charge and not returned postage unless previously agreed prior to return.Toptie retains the right to refuse exchange if products are returned in a condition less than the condition sold.
